NIS was founded by Noris Sanchez, who previously built and led Talent Depot — a specialized staffing firm serving federal agencies, government contractors, and enterprise organizations across the mid-Atlantic region. Talent Depot established a reputation for precision recruiting, cleared talent acquisition, and mission-ready workforce solutions.
